‘Museum’ 11% triple IPA by Lord Hobo Brewing Co. out of Woburn, Mass. pairs perfectly with a homemade craft burger! The hop profile in this beer is untouchable: Galaxy, Mosiaic, and Citra. This one has a slight sweetness probably due to the malt used, solid 8/10 for a triple!
